I am so excited about Arla Dofino cheeses. This is a natural and amazing way to bring more cheese into the house! I don't appreciate processed cheese and the way it isn't as healthy as natural cheese, but with this cheese, I get the best of both worlds - it is natural and yet it is soft and spreadable on crackers and easy to use in recipes. It melts well and I have found that every single one of the types is a family favorite! How often does that happen?? My husband loves each flavor and my son even loved most of what we tried - and he is only two. I appreciate as a mom that it is hormone free and natural but has the consistency of a processed cheese and that is something my son loves. So thank you Arla Dofino for having a vision beyond the cheese that is currently available to purchase! You have found a place in our home permanently!
